Place the items in their original jewelry pouches or packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure accurate processing.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the pre-paid shipping label generated by our portal and securely attach it to your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
